I started working in education in 1998 with the Clark County Educational Service Center. I worked as a paraprofessional with students with multiple disabilities. In 2001, I was hired as a sign language interpreter for a student entering kindergarten in the Tecumseh Local School district. I finished my degree in special education and started teaching in Dayton Public Schools in 2009 until 2013. I started with Northmont in 2013 teaching special education. I work with students with disabilities in the Transition: School to Work Program.
I am married to my wonderful husband Jesse and we have 3 children, Brandon, Rylee, Kyra. When I am not spending time with my family, I enjoy running, nature, and horseback riding.
