Mr. Kincer began his teaching career at his alma mater Northmont HS in 2009 as a math teacher. In 2021, Mr. Kincer transitioned from the classroom to the position of assistant principal. He obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics Education from Wilmington College in 2008 and a Masters degree in Educational Leadership and Principal Licensure from the University of Dayton.  Mr. Kincer oversees the West Unit: Science, Business, Applied Technology, Jobs for Grads, and Family Consumer Sciences. Mr. Kincer supervises and assists students whose last names start with G-O and also oversees all student activities. Mr. Kincer and his wife, Lauren, have two sons, Shane Jr. and Aiden, and a daughter, Reese.
