I started my teaching career in 2007 at Northmont High School as the Marketing Teacher/DECA Advisor.  Since I have been at Northmont I have continued to grow the Marketing Education/DECA program.  During my time I have moved the program into a sophomore, junior, senior, program, and have begun the Retail Experience course.  

I have continued to have success in the DECA program as we constantly have district and state winners. Along with that yearly, we have been able to send qualifiers to the International Career Development Conference. Each year we look to build business connections to continue to better the program. 

I also oversee The Bolt Shop located at the high school.  This is a great place to purchase Northmont Spirit Wear and school supplies for students.  The Bolt Shop is open daily during the school day and during many of the home athletics events that are held in the Thunderdome.
