Mrs. Leslie Whitten has been an Intervention Specialist at Northmont High School in the Multiple Disabilities room for 2 years and is in her 7th year of teaching.  

Mrs. Whitten is a graduate of Chaminade-Julienne High School, received her BFA in Art from The Ohio State University and her Masters in Special Education from the University of Oregon.  Mrs. Whitten focuses on functional living skills, functional academics, and vocational skills in order to prepare her students for Northmont’s Transition to Work Program and to also help students begin to develop skills needed in order to reach their future employment and independence goals.
